You state that the very fact that you are visiting/have visited quantumgames.in is a complete unqualified acceptance of yours relating to various terms and conditions detailed in the website as also in the disclaimer section of this Agreement. You fully declare and undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure, influence or coercion on you, that you shall be fully bound by the terms of the website as also by the terms of the disclaimer. You further undertake that in case any dispute arises out of and relating to the non-performance of any obligations as a visitor of this quantumgames.in website or as a seeker or querist of opinion, advice or consultancy from the services of the quantumgames.in website or on account of non-payment of any dues in respect of the services rendered under this Agreement then the exclusive jurisdiction to file law suits against you, being the visitor or querist, shall be in the courts at Jaipur only.
Membership to the Site is void where prohibited. For using this site you must be eligible to enter into contract as per the applicable laws of India and country of your residence. Your use of this quantumgames.in represents and warrants that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You agree to inform quantumgames.in your subsequent disability to enter into any contract.
Subsequent disability shall entitle quantumgames.in to restrict/change/terminate this agreement at its own discretion.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member of quantumgames.in. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing quantumgames.in in writing to terminate your Membership. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased through quantumgames.in . quantumgames.in may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason which shall be effective upon sending notice of termination to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to quantumgames.in If quantumgames.in terminates your membership because of your breaching the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased by you.
quantumgames.in reserves its right to change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason and to cancel or suspend your Service at any time. Such cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. In case of service cancellation, your right to use the Service stops right away. Once the Service is cancelled or suspended, any data you may have stored on the Service may not be retrieved later.
If we cancel the Service in its entirety without cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation.
You understand that quantumgames.in may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, prohibit or restrict your access to the use of the website or related services.

You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other quantumgames.in Members. quantumgames.in reserves the right to screen messages that you may send to Experts.
You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with quantumgames.in and/or its Members.

Faculties on the panel of quantumgames.in may from time to time make recommendations of software to be used by you. Such recommendations are being made in good faith by the software and quantumgames.in and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
Any claim in relation to this agreement or in connection therewith shall be filed with the opposite party within 24 months from the date when the claim first could be filed.

By becoming a Member of the Site / quantumgames.in Service, you agree to receive certain specific emails and SMS from quantumgames.in.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the quantumgames.in service, contains the entire agreement between you and quantumgames.in regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or anything which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to quantumgames.in by writing to Customer Care. On receipt of such complaint, quantumgames.in may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation abuse or misuse without any refund of subscription fee. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership without any refund of the subscription fee.
Quantum Games & Design reserves the right to withdraw its services to any customer who is found to be unreasonable or abusive during their conversation with the Management regardless of the reason. While The Quantum Games & Design will make every effort to resolve any such situation, in case this fails, such customers will be sent a written warning. If it is repeated, the said customer will not be permitted to transact on the platform. Any balance in the customer’s wallet will be refunded, to the extent that a refund is possible.
